Message From President of Medical And Dental Staffs

AlaireBronchThermoplasty3From Jeffrey S. Matican, MD

I have been practicing at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center for more than 23 years. In 2000, when I went into solo practice, I had a choice as to where to set up home base. EHMC was the natural choice. Why? Excellent physicians and nurses, a collegial administration and a friendly workplace environment were, and still remain, the obvious answers. I have been your MEC member at large, your Bylaws Committee chair, and now I have the honor and privilege to be your Medical Staff President. My goal is to help continue the success that is EHMC--to enhance patient safety, enhance quality of care and enhance the reputation of Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. My door is always open; my cell phone is always on (201.988.4841). I want to hear from you. Although I will not always be able to satisfy your concerns or wants, I will always try, and I will always listen.
